All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. COVID-19 update* Due to local restrictions being put in place periodically and with little to no advanced notice we may be subject to longer processing times. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity if your order will be affected.

Customs and Import Duties
We can not change the value of your order for customs reasons, and the true value of your order will be shown on the outside of your parcel.
The price of your order does not include Customs and Duties/Taxes, customs will get in touch with you in regards to how to pay your customs fee.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £3.70 flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom with FREE Shipping on orders over £75 - £8 for International destinations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Awdio Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Without prejudice to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected, we operate the following returns and refunds policies:
Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective or become defective within 7 days of receipt, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated (email email@example.com) in the confirmation email within 2 working days of delivery of the products and that, in the case of physical products, you return the products in the same condition that you received them;
For digital or downloaded items, we will not entertain claims for faulty products based on production values. We cannot provide any guarantees of issues production quality, such as, but not limited to, recording volumes, analogue mastering, full frequency ranges in audio files;
Our mistake: If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us;
Your mistake: If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items but you will have to pay the postage and packing charge again;
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of any orders for digital downloads, nor offer any refund for such orders, once downloading has commenced.
All orders are made subject to acceptance by you of these Conditions and fulfillment of any order for Products is subject to stock availability and acceptance by us of your order. We are under no obligation to fulfil any customer order.

Music Downloaded From The Website ("Downloads")
Your use of the Downloads from the Website is conditional upon your prior acceptance of all Conditions referred to herein.
All sales are final. A sale is confirmed immediately when you begin to download a song from the Website and you will have no right to cancel your contract once the sale commences.
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club as methods of payment for purchasing songs from the Website. We are also unable to process payments on Maestro and Visa Electron cards issued outside of the United Kingdom.
Credit and debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.
If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will not be able to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment card.
The price for a particular Download will be the price displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices for Downloads at any time and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
We reserve the right to change options relating to music downloadable from the Website without prior notice.
You shall be authorised, to the extent permitted by law, to use, burn and export Downloads purchased only for personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer, assignment or sub-licence. Any burning or exporting capabilities shall not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners and the delivery of a Download to you does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the product.
